2nd TO TOP: Mt. Yale (alt. 14,196 feet)

Just north of Mt. Yale is the Mt. Harvard cluster. I had a hard time getting a good shot of them from this area.
TOP: Mt. Yale (left) and Mt. Columbia cluster (right).
BOTTOM: I drove north a bit on Highway 24. I'm 99% sure the right peak is Mt. Columbia (alt. 14,420 feet).
Sawatch Mountains
Heading north of Buena Vista, I thought this view was striking.
I drove into Clear Creek Canyon with the hopes of photographing Vicksburg and Winfield (two historic ghostowns), but the road was covered with quite a bit of snow. So, before backing out, I took a shot of clouds hovering over what I believe is Waverly Mountain (alt. 13,291 feet), a 13er in front of 14er Mt. Oxford.
Gray clouds hover over Mt. Massive (top) and Mt. Elbert (right). Mt. Massive

Agnes Vaille Falls (Way Too Snowy To See Falls!)

Agnes Vaille Falls Agnes Vaille Waterfall is approximately six to eight miles west on County Road 162. You can't miss the sign!
Uh, there was one little problem: The waterfall was totally covered in snow and so I did not even get an actual shot of it!
Steve One token picture of me. All of my waterfall pictorials:
  • Bridal Veil Falls (near Telluride)
  • Rainbow Falls (Manitou Springs)
  • Cascade Falls (Ouray)
  • Queens Canyon Waterfall (Colorado Springs)
  • Horsethief Falls (near Cripple Creek)
  • Helen Hunt Falls (Colorado Springs)
  • Mt. Antero
An informative sign about Mt. Antero. I love that picture (right), which is a peak blocking the view of Mt. Antero's summit.

    A Few Extra Shots

According to my topographic map, that's "Triad Ridge" which sits south of Trout Creek Pass as it runs into the Arkansas Valley. Triad Ridge
I had lunch with a friend at the Coyote Catina in Johnson Village. I recommend it! :) Coyote Cantina
Special thanks to my car for making it!
