Laloo Claims Victory in Chat Room Debate!
(Phil and Chris No-Show; Laloo Enterains Eleven "Voters" in Event)
March 30, 2004
The 1st annual "Hair Consulant Chat Room Debate" was a raving success! However,
there was just one little problem: Only one of three candidates actually
showed up to the event!
Laura "Laloo" Johnson (see adjacent photo)
was the only candidate to attend the entertaining session, and as she answered
questions from the eleven chat room visitors, the
attractive California blonde claimed victory in the debate.
"It's obvious I won the debate because the other two, including
the foulmouth punk, didn't show up."
wrote Laloo, who admitted she
harbors a lot of animosity and bitterness towards Candidate Phil McWilliams,
who ruthlessly called her a "phony" and "fluff candidate" two weeks ago.
"I'm actually quite disappointed (that Chris and Phil are not here). I was looking forward to a TRUE debate." she wrote.
Regarding helping Steve "ColoradoGuy"
Garufi grow his hair
out (the principle job of being Hair Consultant),
Laloo dispensed her knowledge about natural detanglers, conditioners
and "doing whatever it takes" to keep Steve on track with seeing his hairdresser.
"Wow, I'm learning things in this debate - this I like." said Janna E. of
Johnson City, Tennessee, "I had planned to vote for Laloo, because I agree
with her "natural" agenda, but after seeing her opponents
not show up, (this) completely sways my vote in her favor."
Eleven visitors were counted in the chat
room debate that lasted approximately one hour, and many had well-thought
questions for Laloo.
Christine F. of Falcon, Colorado, popularly known as "Tote"
on the message forums, inquired about Laloo's longest hair
length she has ever had.
"Oh about 4 inches past my shoulders but it's THICK and takes a lot
of work." wrote Laloo, who also said she plans to send Steve samples
of quality hair products if elected Hair Consultant.
"I can see that Laloo is taking this (campaign) seriously and has done some homework." said Tote (see adjacent photo).
"I will also send Steve a GIANT comb for his hair that won't get all tangled up." said Laloo.
Aaron Dourque (sponsor of ColoradoGuy; visit his web site) of Lincoln, Nebraska, asked:
"Would you support a 'no strand left behind" initiative?' However, Laloo did respond to the inquiry.
All in all, the mood was light and the conversation
was invigorating at the first-ever Hair Consultant Chat Room Debate.
The consensus among attendees was they were impressed with Laloo's participation in the debate,
especially in stark contrast to Phil and Chris who
were invited, but didn't make the effort to show up to the debate.
"What does that say about them?
I say they're TWO LOSERS! Make sure you quote me Steve." wrote Laloo, in the chat room.
Steve, an "Internet personality" and
webmaster of this web site, has only five
electoral college votes in his
"district", and he openly reflected on Phil and Laloo's candidacies in the chat room.
"Laloo ... you remind me of the stereotypical HC ... the pretty girl ...
who usually does NOTHING for my hair!" wrote Steve to Laloo, "Then again, Phil and Chris didn't even show up. That's lame."
Regarding Candidate Phil McWilliams, he said, "Then again, Phil reminds me
a little of Howard Dean ...
he's an angry, straight-talking type ... and in this era of
poopy people on the forums and drama queens, he might be a good
candidate to make a statement." wrote Steve.
Steve has not ruled out voting for Bible Study
leader Chris Morton of Colorado Springs either.
Actual voting for Hair Consultant will happen from April 15-18. Visit Hair Consultant Dot Org for more information.
