Old Fall River Road in Rocky Mountain National Park - July 2001

Click any image to view it at a larger size. A new window will open.	The "northern route" from Estes Park to the visitor center area of Rocky Mountain National Park is a one-way graded dirt road that travels through a valley. This is Old Fall River Road.
	As much as the views on Trail Ridge Road are stunning, this is a special road as well. The anticipation of the long, winding ride up this road was quite enjoyable.
