Apple-Shaped Candle Is LIGHTED UP!

Hi guys! Many of you have been asking when
I was planning to light the apple-shaped candle
and so ... I lit up the sucker last night! Woo-hoo! :)
I arrived home last night from Denver and Fort Collins and
decided the timing was right. I was getting a little obsessed
with sniffing the waxy smell of
the candle and just felt in my heart it was the right thing to do.
The flame was rather large and the candle wax spilled all over
my dining tablecloth. The candle was not a graceful burner. Almost
immediately it developed a large circular hole and wax began to spill
on the outside. It made a really big mess, but it was worth it.
So now that the apple-shaped candle has been lit, and a chapter
of my life has been closed, I probably will not mention this topic again on the web site.
