Hey there folks. Gadzooks! I have fantastic news! This morning I got a really nice massage at Spice of Life Café and got the entire event documented with my digital camera. Hooray! Yippee! Yeehaw! Kiss a cactus!

That's Georgi, a really sweet woman who's a massage therapy student who has been giving free seated massages at the café on weekends right there in the shop ... FOR FREE!

And oh, was the massage wonderful! She worked and kneaded every tight part of my back and really worked her fingers hard into my neck. She did mess up my hair a little as she worked, but that was quite okay! :)

Oh, one interesting thing she did was grab the upper part of my ear lobes and pressure them towards my head. The upper ear lobe section is an acupuncture point, I'm told. Well, within ten seconds of her pushing on my ear lobes I was so relaxed, like a blob of silly putty in that chair! :P

Now this picture directly to the left is my face while it was smushed up against the face rest on the massage chair that I sat on. Rich, nicknamed Pony66 on this web site (Check out Pony66 on the guest album. Ladies, HE'S CUTE, SINGLE & AVAILABLE!), got as low as possible under the massage seat to get the picture of me. Also, it looks like I was crying but I was not!

So the scoop is my lower back is all messed up. I've got an S-shaped spine and extreme tightness in the lower back and that's messing up upper back, shoulders and neck. I do plan on seeing Georgi again and will definitely be doing the proper stretching exercises for my back to get this matter resolved.

Alright, I'm not sure what else there is to say. The massage was amazing ... I highly recommend getting a good massage if you have never gotten one. You'll be so appreciative! After getting that massage, I FEEL LIKE A MILLION BUCKS! :) Have a good day everyone!
